RETURNS & FIRED CASE POLICY:
If a firearm must be returned to the seller for any reason it is your (the buyer's)
responsibility to pay the return shipping charges and insurance.
Some reasons to have to return the firearm might be.
1. It is not legal to sell in Maryland (make sure before you buy it)
2. It has a magazine larger than 20 rounds.
3. It is unsatisfactory to you.
FIRED CASE POLICY:
If a NEW handgun DOES NOT include a CERTIFIED FIRED CASE,
       you will be charged an Additional $40.00 for us to provide it...
